Retail customers

Retail Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to you if you are one of the following:

An individual (natural person);
A micro-enterprise with fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover of less than €2 million; or
A charity with an annual turnover of less than £1 million.
